The Vitality 30-Day Plank Challenge is a simple way to strengthen your core, improve stability, and build consistency in your movement routine.
But more importantly, it is an opportunity to experience the power of accountability.
One thing I have learned over the years is that success becomes much easier when we are not doing it alone. When we share a goal, check in with others, and show up together, momentum builds, and consistency improves.
This challenge is designed for everyone.
Start where you are.
Move at your own pace.
Modify when needed.
Progress as you are able.
Some days your plank may be 10 seconds.
Some days it may be longer.
Both count.
What matters most is showing up and building the habit.

At the 2026 Illinois Head Start Association Conference, Jennie Phillips will present an uplifting and interactive session designed to help educators, family advocates, and leaders live and lead with intention rather than autopilot.
Head Start professionals pour into children, families, and communities every day. That impact is only sustainable when the people doing the work feel grounded, supported, and energized themselves.
In this session, Jennie introduces her Yellow Light Moments® Framework — Yield. Listen. Move. — a practical decision-making and vitality-building system that helps individuals pause with purpose, recognize early signs of overload, and take aligned action before burnout takes hold.
Participants will:
• Identify at least three personal “yellow light” signals and create one actionable pause strategy to implement within the next week
• Apply the Yield–Listen–Move framework to a real-world scenario and outline one meaningful change to their daily routine or workflow
• Practice two evidence-based vitality tools (movement, breathwork, or mindset strategies) and commit to using them consistently in the week ahead
Blending fitness science, behavior change principles, and mindful leadership strategies, Jennie equips attendees with simple tools they can use in seconds — tools that restore balance, protect well-being, and strengthen resilience.
Participants will leave refreshed, empowered, and ready to cultivate sustainable impact — in themselves, their teams, and the children and families they serve.
