This April, we are building strength together.

The Vitality 30-Day Plank Challenge is a simple way to strengthen your core, improve stability, and build consistency in your movement routine.

But more importantly, it is an opportunity to experience the power of accountability.

One thing I have learned over the years is that success becomes much easier when we are not doing it alone. When we share a goal, check in with others, and show up together, momentum builds, and consistency improves.

This challenge is designed for everyone.

Start where you are.
Move at your own pace.
Modify when needed.
Progress as you are able.

Some days your plank may be 10 seconds.
Some days it may be longer.
Both count.

What matters most is showing up and building the habit.

This month, invite a friend, encourage one another, and join our community as we move through April together.

Success grows when accountability is shared.
